The renamed Grand Club Matanzas Course (formerly Matanxas Wood) has been descibed as a "beautiful monster" and has been named one of Golf Digest's "Best New Resort Courses." Perennially ranked as one of Florida's best, the 6,929-yard course weaves through pines, oaks, cypress and many lakes.

The Signature course bears the Palmer trademark of rolling fairways, large greens and different strategies for each hole and is characterized by five finishing holes. This course is currently closed for renovations.
